This is a Kingfisher. It looks harmless enough, but caution is advised.
It's the regular season's halfway point and Interdivision Week for the USCL, as the undefeated 5-0 Chicago Blaze from the west face off against a solid 2.5 -2.5 Baltimore Kingfisher squad from the east who are clawing for a playoff spot. Returning back to the Blaze lineup are GM Mesgan Amanov on board 1 with the white pieces, and NM Gopal Menon on board 4 with the the black ones. Here are all the match-ups for tomorrow night's encounter:

The Blaze have slight average ratings advantage, although the ever resourceful NM Menon will have his work cut out on board 4 against NM Ian Schoch who is 3-0 this season and has a 74 point rating advantage.
Here is how the Kingfishers see the match – no trash talk, no hyperbole -strictly business. But then again, the Blaze have a way of taking care of business themselves. This should be a good one. Stay tuned… and Go Blaze!
